Public Access Training for Barristers

Andrew Granville Stafford and Chris Bryden are approved by the Bar Standards Board to deliver public access training courses. Since 2011 they have trained over 1650 barristers and have run over 150 accredited courses. The course was rated ‘Overall Excellent’ by the BSB in 2018.

In house training has been provided at many of the country's leading sets of Chambers. The courses listed on this page are 'open' courses and anyone can apply for a place on these courses, which are run in London (at 4 King's Bench Walk) unless otherwise stated. Andrew and Chris also provide public access training for clerks and chambers administrators.

• Attendance on only one day

• Course provided by two practising barristers experienced in public access work and training

• 12 hours CPD (includes 3 hours pre-reading and 3 hour online multiple choice test)
